For patients without insurance, and those desiring to prepay for their regular preventive care and dental maintenance, we offer an in-house VIP Membership Plan, managed at our practice.

Enrollment is guaranteed and is as simple as adding your annual plan during your next dental visit.

Plans must be paid by the patient, not by dental insurance; however, patients will be able to file claims with their insurance company after each completed dental visit.

• 2 Dental Examinations per year
